Welcome to Inspiration Factory Foundation

Our story began with a moment I'll never forget. In a slum in North Jakarta, I asked a young girl what she wanted to be when she grew up. She softly replied, "Nothing."

But it wasn't just what she said — it was how she said it. The emptiness in her voice echoed something deep within me. It stirred memories of my own silent struggles, times when I felt invisible and unsure if I mattered. Her quiet hopelessness awakened wounds I had long buried — but it also lit a fire in me.

In that moment, I realized something simple yet powerful: maybe, when someone is truly seen, heard, and appreciated — it can change everything. That girl became my reason to start again — with purpose. She inspired what is now Inspiration Factory Foundation — a safe space for marginalized children and youth to be seen, heard and transformed, because they matter.

But this isn't just my story. It's a collective one — built by the compassion of many stakeholders of our beloved partners, staff, volunteers, and kind souls who believe in brighter humanity and the power of human connection. Together, we're not just teaching skills — we're restoring hope, one child at a time.

Inspiration Factory Foundation (est. 2013) is a group of changemakers who believe in the power of education to transform lives. Our programs blend social-emotional learning and 21st century skills to empower children and youth from all backgrounds.

Through strong partnerships and community support, we help marginalized children and youth to become the best version of themselves.

Our beneficiaries are children and youth growing up in poverty - living in slums, squatters, and government housing, often with limited access to education and opportunity.

At Inspiration Factory, we walk alongside them, offering tools, safe spaces, and learning that help break the cycle of generational poverty. Together, we're creating a future where every child's and youth's potential can thrive - no matter where they begin.
